Guidelines to Give feedback

Request you to follow these guidelines to make your feedback and review the most beneficial to the viewers.
Share your Personal experience—Approved feedback has to be authentic and needs to come from a previous employee who has worked or the current employee who is working with the concerned person or the organization whose reviews/ratings is being given.
      
  • Stay balanced-There is something positive and negative about every person and organization. So, we look forward to your balanced review mentioning both the negatives and positives.
  •   
  • Be objective —Do not be malicious and post personal attacks. For your guidance, we have given the parameters on which you can rate the people and organizations. To make them genuine and valuable you can add instances and explanation in the comments sections.
  •   
  • Be careful about your language- Do not use profanities, or any obscenities, aggressive, or discriminatory language. We will reject reviews that include accusations of, or threats of, violence
  •   
  • Help others — Sharing feedback/insights that help people/job seekers. Do not mention feedback specific to your personal situation. We will reject any content meant as an advertisement or containing a web link.

  • Be cautious -Do not submit reviews that reveal trade secrets or other confidential, internal company information. To safeguard privacy, we do not allow you to identify yourself or include any contact information (about yourself or others) in your posts.
  •   
  • Remember your grammar —Your writing doesn't have to be perfect, but we expect you to make an effort. Please do not use excessive capitalization or punctuation, poor grammar and/or spelling, improper formatting, nonsense words, repeated words or filler characters.

Notes:-

  1. We moderate every piece of content and the team of human moderators reviews every content to make sure it meets our guideline.

  2. We remove content if we have evidence that members were incentivized to submit the content.
  3. We believe in the principle of anonymity - everyone has a right to share their views and feedback without fear of any consequences and retribution etc.
  4. We use technology filters & algorithms to detect fraud and pranksters, and require email verification and a valid LinkedIn account for all members submitting content to check whether there was/is any professional relationship with the giver of the feedback and the person for whom the feedback is given.
